Beelicious LLC operates an SMS messaging program to send customers promotional offers, product updates, order notifications, and subscription information. By opting in you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Beelicious LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of messages.

1. General By using this website, you agree to these terms. Beelicious LLC is located at 218 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016.

2. Products All honey is raw, locally sourced, and minimally processed. Product availability may vary by season.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are processed through our secure checkout. We accept major credit cards. You will receive a confirmation email after purchase.

4. Subscriptions Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at mary@beelicioushoneybee.com. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first shipment.

5. Shipping & Returns We ship within the US. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

6. SMS Communications By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from Beelicious LLC including promotions, product updates, and order notifications. You must be 18 years or older to opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
